Contents of modifications 9D50/M 9D53/D 9D70/C
(1) Dual position feedback function for servo mode (rigid tapping / spindle
positioning) is added.
(2) Communication alarm occurs when CNC power is turned on in FS15i-MB
(3) Torque tandem function is added.
