Control conditions
ACT=1: The logical instructions (including functional instructions) in
the specified range are skipped; program execution proceeds
to the next step.
ACT=0: The same operation as when JMP is not used is performed.

NOTE
JMP instruction operation
When ACT = 1, processing jumps to a jump end
instruction (JMPE); the logical instructions
(including functional instructions) in the specified
jump range are not executed. This instruction can
reduce the Ladder execution period (scan time).
