SRAM parameter error
(1)Data stored in the SRAM is invalid.
If a parity alarm is repeatedly issued immediately after the power is
turned on, turn off the power, then perform a memory all clear
operation. (See Section 1.12, “LIST OF OPERATIONS.”)
(2)If a parity alarm cannot be reset by a memory all clear operation, the
SRAM is considered to be defective.
Replace the FROM and SRAM module or the memory and spindle
module according to the data indicated below.

Check the address indicated here.
1) When an address from 003C0000 to
003FFFFF (hexadecimal) is indicated:
Replace the FROM and SRAM module.
2) When an address from 00380000 to
003BFFFF (hexadecimal) is indicated:
Replace the memory and spindle module.
If no address is indicated, first replace the FROM and SRAM module,
then replace the memory and spindle module. (After module
replacement, perform a memory all clear operation.)
(3)If a parity alarm is not reset after replacing the FROM and SRAM
module or the memory and spindle module, replace the main board.
(After replacing the main board, perform a memory all clear
operation.)
