Three types of memory cards can be used for data input/output:
D SRAM memory card
D Flash memory card
D Flash ATA card
An SRAM memory card that complies with any of the following can be used:
D TYPE1 to TYPE2 of JEIDA (Japan Electronic Industry Development
Association) 4.0 or up
D TYPE1 to TYPE2 of PCMCIA (Personal Computer Memory Card
International Association) 2.0 or up
D PC Card Standard
FANUC has confirmed the normal operation of the following
FANUC–specified SRAM memory cards:

256KB A87L–0001–0150#256K
512KB A87L–0001–0150#512K
1MB A87L–0001–0150#1M
2MB A87L–0001–0150#2M
NOTE
Cards dedicated to 3.3 V cannot be used. (Those cards
cannot be inserted physically.)
Series 2 flash memory cards manufactured by Intel (or equivalent) can be
used.
FANUC has confirmed the normal operation of the following
FANUC–specified flash memory card:
