Spindle speed synchronization completion signals
FSPSY1 to FSPSY4<F288.0 to F288.3>
[Classification] Output signal
[Function] Indicate spindle speed synchronization is completed.
[Operation] These signals will turn “1” when both master and slave spindles
reach commanded speed(rotation number) and the speed
difference between them becomes lower than the value specified in
the parameter No.4033.
For each synchronous pair, each signal is used as follows.
FSPSY1 : For the pair containing 1st spindle as slave
FSPSY2 : For the pair containing 2nd spindle as slave
FSPSY3 : For the pair containing 3rd spindle as slave
FSPSY4 : For the pair containing 4th spindle as slave
These signals are available only when the parameter SSS(No.3704#4) is 1.
Spindle phase synchronization completion signals
FSPPH1 to FSPPH4<F289.0 to F289.3>
[Classification] Output signal
[Function] Indicate spindle phase synchronization is completed.
[Operation] These signals will turn “1” when the difference of error pulses
between master and slave spindles becomes lower than the value
specified in the parameter No.4810 after both spindles reach
commanded speed(rotation number).
For each synchronous pair, each signal is used as follows.
FSPPH1 : For the pair containing 1st spindle as slave
FSPPH2 : For the pair containing 2nd spindle as slave
FSPPH3 : For the pair containing 3rd spindle as slave
FSPPH4 : For the pair containing 4th spindle as slave
These signals are available only when the parameter SSS(No.3704#4) is 1.
