2.3.1 Boot Menu (System Monitor)
The Boot Menu is displayed by pressing two soft keys at the time the control is turned on.
The soft key combination determines, whether the standard Boot Menu or the extended Boot Menu
is started.
For regular maintenance including Backup/Restore, the standard Boot Menu shall be selected.
It can be reached by pressing the two left-most soft keys during power-up:

It provides following functions:
• SYSTEM DATA LOADING -> Writing files from a memory card to the FROM
• SYSTEM DATA CHECK -> Displaying contents (series/edition, etc.) of files in the FROM
• SYSTEM DATA DELETE -> Deleting application files from the FROM
• SYSTEM DATA SAVE -> Writing application, stored in the FROM, to a memory card
• SRAM DATA BACKUP -> Inputting/outputting data to and from the SRAM as a batch
• MEMORY CARD FILE DELETE -> Deleting files stored on a memory card
• MEMORY CARD FORMAT -> Formatting a memory card
Note: Within the standard Menu it is not possible to delete or save system files. This is to
prevent the CNC from crashing after system files have been deleted or wrong system software
has been uploaded.
