2.3. Power Specification
1) Power Supply Requirement
A) Specification
When the PANEL i for AUTOMOTIVE power supply is required.
Input Voltage DC +24V ± 10%
Current capacity 10A or more
Note: If Handy File or other unit made by FANUC is connected to RS232C port, this value will
increase by +1A.
B) Timing
In case that CNC and PANEL i for AUTOMOTIVE are connected with HSSB, the rotary switch on the
CNC side HSSB interface board decides if CNC and PANEL i for AUTOMOTIVE start independently or
synchronously.

Following powers are usable for peripherals using power supply as mentioned above.

-- POWER ON TIMING for the unit WITH I/O LINK OPTION --
This unit is the slave device of I/O Link. Turn ON or OFF the power for this unit
ust when the power for the master device (ex. CNC unit or the cell controller)
is turned ON or OFF. If the power is not turned ON and OFF according go the
above procedure, an error would occur in the master device, or this unit is not
normally connected via I/O Link.
(Refer to Connection manual for each CNC in detail.)
In case of I/O Link option is not exist, Input power can be turned on/off without relation
to CNC power on/off.
