1 General
The manual handle interruption is available during the AI high precision contour
control / AI nano high precision contour control mode.
2 Specifications
The manual handle interruption has the following three acceleration /deceleration
types. The specification of each acceleration/deceleration type is explained.
(1) Acceleration/deceleration after interpolation is disabled.
(parameter IHD(No.7100#2)=0)
Manual handle interruption by output unit is available during the AI high precision
contour control / AI nano high precision contour control mode.
(2) Acceleration/deceleration after interpolation is enabled.
(parameter IHD(No.7100#2)=1
Manual handle interruption by input unit is available during the AI high precision
contour control / AI nano high precision contour control mode. However, manual
handle interruption cannot be done in the rapid traverse(G00), feed hold state and
automatic operation stop state.
(3) Acceleration/deceleration of manual handle interruption and manual feed
are the same.
(parameter IHD(No.7100#2)=1, HIE(No.7103#5)=1)
Manual handle interruption during the AI high precision contour control / AI nano
high precision contour control mode cannot be done in this setting.
