Improvement of rigid tapping function
Specifications
1. General
In this function, the feed-forward control and the fine acceleration/deceleration at the rigid tapping
have been improved, and setting the width of in-position in R-point has been improved.
2. Specification
(1) When parameter RFF (No.5203#2) is set to "1", the feed-forward control and the fine
acceleration/deceleration are effective in the movement from Initial-level to R-point.
Usual, after the control axis moves to Initial-level, the feed-forward control and the fine
acceleration/deceleration are invalid.
(2) When parameter RFF (No.5203#2) is set to "1", when executing in the rigid tapping during
the look-ahead control mode by "G08P1", the look-ahead control mode is automatically
turned off, and when the rigid tapping ends, returns the mode.
(3) When parameter No.5308 is set, the width of in-position in R-point of the tapping axis
(Between from rapid to R-point to the tapping operation) in the rigid tapping can be set.
Usual, the width of in-position of the tapping axis in the rigid tapping is only setting of
parameter No.5300.
