7.21 GAS DUST COLLECTOR UNIT

7.21.1 Cleaning

(1) Turn off the power to the CNC, then turn off the main circuit

breaker and power supply for the laser oscillator.

(2) Remove the mounting screws, and remove the dust box.

(3) Detach the dust box blades and wipe them with a clean cloth

moistened with alcohol. Also, clean the inside of the dust box.

(4) The blade on the maintenance side differs from the blade on the

rear side. If these blades are installed on these sides reversely, the

dust collection capability lowers. Therefore, carefully re-install

the blades on the correct sides.

(5) Check for leakage, and perform discharge aging.
