Introduction
This manual describes information (electrical and structural specifications) to connect 30 i Series (FANUC series
30i /31 i /32 i /300 i /310 i /320 i/300 is /310 is /320 is) with personal computer or PANEL i by FANUC High Speed
Serial Bus (HSSB). This manual also provides maintenance information. (Parts number of printed circuit board
(PCB) and LED display etc.) Use this manual together with operation’s manual, connecting and maintenance
manual for CNC or PANEL i.
This manual is applied to the following options and PCBs.
• Mainboard for Stand Alone type CNC
• Interface board for CNC
• Interface board for Personal Computer
• Optical Fiber Cable
30 i Series represents “FANUC series 30i /31 i /32 i /300 i /310 i /320 i/300 is /310 is /320 is“ in this manual.
PC is short for Personal Computer.
