occurrence. “0” are displayed on all data if no Dual Check Safety
alarm occurs.
• The position displays of a Dual Check Safety invalid axis are
blank.
• “#” are displayed when the axis speed exceeds the limit value.
• The relation alarm is as follows.
CNC → SV494
Monitor → SV476
Screen layout
(*1) If parameter No.13802(TR2x) is set to '1', the unit of axis speed
on CNC side / monitor side is not " detection unit/interpolation
interval" but "rotation per minute".
