Outline
The exclusive screen for Dual check safety, which is used for the maintenance etc., is
displayed in the [SYSTEM] screen.
This screen displays the present machine condition (the safe relation signals which are
inputted/outputted via two paths (PMC/FSSB)) and the machine condition when the
safe alarm occurred (for example, the parameter number when the safe parameter
illegal alarm, servo error and machine position that are recognized by the two CPUs
(CNC/Monitor)).
The following software are required for this function:
FS16i-TB B1HA-02 or later
FS18i-TB BEHA-02 or later
FS21i-TB DEHA-02 or later
FS16i-MB B0H1-25 or later
FS18i-MB BDH1-25 or later
FS18i-MB5 BDH5-15 or later
