Data display at the alarm occurrence
(1) General
[ 1 page ]
• The occurrence time, alarm number and message are displayed
when the first Dual Check Safety relation alarm is generated.
• Displaying “NO ALARM” on the time and “0” on all other data if
no Dual Check Safety alarm occurs.
• The alarm is displayed when one of the following alarm is occurs.
SV410, SV411, SV470-SV498
SP755/765/775/785-SP757/767/777/787
AL-69, AL-71, AL-72, AL-76, AL-77
• The factor of the safe function alarm is displayed when one of the
following alarm is occurs.
SV483, SV484, SV490, SP755/765/775/785
• The factor of the safe function alarm is displayed to PRM, PWO..
FM1 : Safety function is not executed is detected.
(flow monitoring alarm)
FM2 : Safety function is not executed is detected by another CPU.
(flow monitoring alarm)
CC1 : Safety function checking result does not matched with that of
another CPU. (cross check alarm)
CC2 : Sateth function checking result does not matched with that of
another CPU (cross check alarm)
CPU : Abnormality occurred with the self test of CPU.
RAM : Abnormality occurred with the RAM test.
PWO : Abnormality occurred with the self test at power ON.
PRM : Abnormality occurred with the safe parameter transfer.
• The flow counter and parameter number are displayed on
DATA1-4. (The display contents are changed by the alarm.)
• The DATA1-4 display relation alarm is as follows.
SV470-SV483, SV488, SV490, SV497, SP755, AL-76
In the case that the spindle software does not support this function,
“-“ is displayed.
