Even if this signal is set to 1 once, this signal is set to 0 when the speed
difference becomes equal to or greater than the value set in parameter No.4033
for a cause such as cutting load variation.
Phase error monitoring signal SYCAL
[Classification] Output signal
[Function] Posts that the error pulse difference between the two spindles is greater than
the parameter set value on spindle synchronization mode.
[Output condition] This signal is set to 1 when the following condition is satisfied.
The error difference between the two spindles after spindle
synchronization is completed is greater than the value set in parameter
No.4811 on spindle synchronization mode.
This signal is set to 0 when any of the following conditions is satisfied.
The error pulse difference between the two spindles is equal to or less than
the value set in parameter No.4811 on spindle synchronization mode.
Spindle phase synchronous control mode is not set.
Spindle synchronous control commanded signal PSYON
[Classification] Output signal
[Function] Post that spindle synchronous control is commanded by program.
This signal is used to operate for starting spindle synchronous control by
program.
[Output condition] This signal is set to 1when the following condition is satisfied.
G51.8 command was executed on part program.
This signal is set to 0 when any of the following conditions is satisfied.
G50.8 command was executed on part program.
Spindle synchronous control was released with PSYRL signal.
Note
This signal is effective only for spindle synchronous control by program.
