The P/S000 alarm is generated when the superimpose control is interrupted by reset and the alarm, etc. while the
axis is moving by superimpose control. The generation of this alarm can be selected by the parameter setting.

0: P/S000 alarm is generated.
1: P/S000 alarm is not generated.
When the superimpose control is canceled while the axis moving, alarm of
P/S225 is generated.
3. Note
l When parameter 8165#3(NA0) is ‘1’, parameter 1300#7(BFA) becomes invalid in superimpose control mode.
When parameter 8165#3(NA0) is ‘0’, parameter 1300#7(BFA) becomes effective while superimpose control mode.
