Improvement for Rotary Axis Control
A-77975
1999.10.16
2000.1.17 (2) is added.02
4. Note
(1) When parameter ROTx (No.1006#0) and RFDx (No.1408#0) are 1, this function
becomes effective.
(2) Parameter RFDx (No.1408#0) and a virtual radius parameter (No.1465) can be
rewrote by G10.
(3) The rotary axis moves at the maximum cutting feedrate when only rotary axis is
commanded in case that this function is effective and a virtual radius parameter
(No.1465) is set to 0.
(4) Please be careful to set a virtual radius parameter (No.1465). Especially, the
movement of the axis quickens compared with usual axis movement when a small
value is set to a virtual radius.
(5) This function becomes invalid to rapid traverse, inverse time feed mode (G93), feed
per revolution mode (G94) and thread cutting.
(6) This function becomes invalid during the following modes.
High-precision contour control, AI contour control, AI advanced preview control,
High-speed cycle cutting, High-speed remote buffer A/B, High-speed linear
interpolation.
(7) If a big value is input to an amount of the movement or a virtual radius parameter
(No.1465), it becomes P/S alarm if the calculation overflow is generated. (No.5307
INTERNAL DATA OVER FLOW).
