1. Outline
The series 0130 edition 07 for FANUC Series 0-PB has a trouble that the press start signal (PF) can not
be turned off by the reset operation.
This report shows about the generating condition of trouble and the countermeasure of trouble.
2. Phenomenon
The press start signal PF can not be turned off when the reset operation is executed during the punch
cycle (during the signal PF is output). In this case, the punch cycle can not be stopped except for CNC
power off.
3. Generating Condition
This trouble occurs on the following combined conditions.
Software:
•
FANUC Series 0-PB: A02B-0084-H511#0130 series 0130 edition 07
Parameter setting
•
No.423 bit 2 = 0 ( The signal PF is turned off by the reset operation.)
•
No.443 and No.444 are set to "0" or "1".
These parameters are set for the time interval from detecting the press end signal *PE to
turning off the signal PF.
4. Countermeasure
•
The parameter No.443 and No.444 are set to "2".
This trouble does not occur except for the series 0130 edition 07.
