1. Overview
In Stand-alone type Series 30i-A/31i-A5/31i-A/32i-A, connecting to two LCD units is available.
2. Specification
・ There are two kinds of unit, First LCD unit and Second LCD unit. The specification of each unit is
shown in the following table.
・ The same screen is displayed on two LCD units.
・ The PCMCIA port can be used only with the First LCD unit. It is not possible to use it with the
Second LCD unit. For the Second LCD unit, only the screen display function and MDI/soft key
function can be used.
・ If you use two MDI units, use the same type of MDI unit.
・ Interconnection cables not longer than 20m must be used.
・ There is no unit with the touch panel.
・ The MDI unit can be connected to each LCD unit, but only one MDI unit is available. The
available MDI is selected with the G signal of CNC. Refer to “FANUC Series 30i/31i/32i-MODEL A
Connecting to 2LCD units (A-90365EN)”.
