Multi-spindle TYPE-C has following features and limitations.
Signal description
SWSx<G027#0~#2, G026#3>: Spindle selection signal
*SSTPx<G027#3~#5, G026#6>: Individual spindle stop signal
SINDx<G033#7, G035#7, G037#7, G273#7>:
Spindle motor speed command select signal
SOR<G29#5>: Spindle orientation signal
SLSPA, SLSPB:<G063#2,#3> Spindle command select signal
Features and limitations
(1)
In case that SWSx is "0" and *SSTPx is changed from "0" to "1", the spindle rotates with
latest S command from spindle stop state.
(2)
In case that SWSx is "0" and SINDx is changed from "1" to "0", the spindle rotates with
latest S command from SINDx command speed.
(3)
In case that SWSx is "0" and the spindle gear is switched, the spindle speed after
switching the gear is the same as the speed before switching the gear.
(4) In case that both SINDx and SOR are "1", SINDx takes priority of SOR.
(5) In case of using Spindle motor speed command select signal <G032~33, G034~35,
G036~37, G272~273> on multi path system, Spindle motor speed command select
signals are always effective for my path's spindle regardless of SLSPA, SLSPB.
Parameter No.3703#1(SINDx is controlled by SLSPA/SLSPB, or not) is not effective.
Ex.) Two-path control
In case of TYPE-B and No.3703#1=0
