−
An error was detected in the RAM
write/read test at power-up.
(External SRAM)
Replace the servo amplifier unit.
−
A watchdog alarm 1 was issued. Turn the power off then back on.
If this alarm recurs, replace the
servo amplifier unit.
−
A watchdog alarm 2 was issued. Turn the power off then back on.
If this alarm recurs, replace the
servo amplifier unit.
−
A watchdog alarm 3 was issued. Turn the power off then back on.
If this alarm recurs, replace the
servo amplifier unit.
−
The logic supply was less than
5V.
Turn the power off then back on.
If this alarm recurs, replace the
servo amplifier unit.
−
The low voltage of the 24-VDC
control supply was detected.
Check the 24-VDC control supply
voltage. If the voltage is low,
increase the voltage to an
appropriate level.
−
An error was detected in the data
collation check for the nonvolatile
memory.
Turn the power off then back on.
Then, re-enter the parameters. If
this alarm recurs, replace the
servo amplifier unit.
−
A data transfer alarm for the
nonvolatile memory has been
issued.
Replace the servo amplifier unit.
−
A CRC check alarm for the
FROM that is built into the CPU
is issued.
Replace the servo amplifier unit.
−
A alarm for the servo amplifier
unit is issued. (Synchronous
deviation alarm)
Replace the servo amplifier unit.
−
A alarm for the servo amplifier
unit is issued. (Dead-band 0
alarm)
Replace the servo amplifier unit.
−
A alarm for the servo amplifier
unit is issued. (Timer for skip
position measurement)
Replace the servo amplifier unit.
−
(1) Loading of a software on the
FROM that is built into the
CPU is incomplete.
(2) An error was detected in the
RAM write/read test at power-
up. (Internal RAM)
(3) An error was detected in the
control circuit.
Replace the servo amplifier unit.
