
1. OUTLINE
This function makes that Cs contour control axes can be controlled with each serial
spindle.
2. SPECIFICATION
When the parameter CSS (No.3704#7) is “1”, Cs contour control axes can be
controlled with each serial spindle.
Set the parameter No.1023 that is minus value of the serial spindle number. Also set
the spindle contour control axis as a rotation axis by setting parameter
ROTx(No.1006#0) and parameter No.1022.
Cs contour control change signal of each serial spindle are
CONS1~CONS4<G274#0~#3>. When these signals turn to “1”, each spindle mode
changes from speed control to Cs contour control.
Setting Axes that interpolate with Cs contour axes
Set the parameter No.3900~No.3944 that interpolate with Cs contour axes. Even if
some of the Cs contour axes interpolate with the servo axes, the setting of parameter
is common. When several Cs contour axes that interpolate with servo axes are exist,
what gear parameter selected is dependent on the gear select signals CTH, CTH2 of
the last commanded Cs contour mode axis.

Display of Position Error of Cs Contour Control Axis
Position deviations of each Cs contour axis display servo error display (DGN of
No.300x).
