4. Change in tube pressure for oscillation
In C2000-E, to prevent the power decrease because of the dust collection unit addition, tube
pressure for oscillation was changed from 66Torr to 68Torr. The changed parameters are as follows.

5. Turbo blower filter
(1) Specification change
To prevent the power decrease because of the dust collection unit addition, the mesh of the filter
of the turbo blower was enlarged in C4000-E and C2000-E.
The specification is as follows.

(2) Exclusion form the turbo blower
To have the interchangeability of the turbo blower, the new filter(A290-4500-V031) was excluded
from the turbo blower though the past filter(A290-4500-V019) was included in the turbo blower.
Therefor, the turbo blower filter has not placed to the turbo blower to which the unit is shipped. This
change was done in all turbo blowers.
