2.2 Parameter setup
It is necessary to set the following parameters for using this function.
No.8166#5 =1
No.7501#4~#6
No.7505#0
This is a parameter that enables binary operation with Axes
Recomposition. Set 1 in using the function.
These are the interpolation period in using high-speed binary
operation. Set the same value into Path 1 and Path 2 in using the
function.
In using high-speed binary operation, set the axes that execute in
high-speed interpolation. Set the same value into a master axis
and a slave axis in using the function.
If illegal values are set into the above parameters, P/S 225 alarm (Synchronous and Axes
Recomposition error) occurs when binary operation is executed in Axes Recomposition.
And when the parameters have been changed, re-switch on a power supply.
2.3 High-speed interpolation mode
When the function is available and when the value except 0 is set into the parameter of the
interpolation period in high-speed operation (No.7501#4-#6), CNC operates in high-speed
interpolation mode, even if the high-speed operation is not executed. At this time, the
following G codes are not available.
G32
G34
G35,G36
G83,G87
G84,G88
G85,G89
Thread cutting
Variable lead thread cutting
Circle thread cutting
Drilling cycle
Tapping cycle
Boring cycle
Notice
1. This function is not available for interpolation period 0.25ms. (Parameter
7501 #4=0,#5=1,#6=1)
2. These parameters are checked at the time of power-on. Please be sure to
power off after changing the parameters.
