SYNCHRONOUS CONTROL BETWEEN 2 PATH
01
TAKEUCHI
TAKEUCHI
2. When the start signal of synchronous control is turned on, P/S225 alarm is
issued.
(1) It has tried to use the axis, which is already in synchronous control, for
other synchronous control.
→ One axis cannot be used to combine two or more synchronous controls at
the same time. However, only the synchronous master axis can become the
master axis of multiple slave axes, and addition of new slave axis is
possible during synchronous control.
(2) The parameter setting value of axis index is larger than the maximum
controllable axis index.
→ The synchronous master axis must be less than or equal to the maximum
controllable axis index of the other path.
(3) The axis, which tries to be controlled, is moving.
→ When synchronous control begin, the axis, which becomes a controlled
axis, should stop. The axis being stopping indicates the command speed
after acceleration/deceleration is 0.
3. When synchronous control are released, P/S225 alarm is issued.
(1) The axis released is moving.
→ When synchronous control are released, the controlled axis should stop.
The axis being stopping indicates the command speed after
acceleration/deceleration is 0. Confirm at release that the moving
state signal F0102 or F1102 becomes LOW.
(note) To release the P/S225 alarm issued when synchronous control are
released, it is necessary to put NC device into the emergency
stop state once.
