You can use the setting parameter display for above mentioned change.
GRAY SCALE DISPLAY
This is a way of setting the ladder graphic display on the monochrome LCD.
If the display on the monochrome LCD is not good , then please change the setting.
If USE is selected, it is displayed by the difference of the brightness.
If UNUSED is selected, it is displayed by the reverse display.

Note
This parameter becomes effective at the next power on after the
setting is changed.
Please turn off and on the power supply again after you change
the parameter setting.
