6. Alarm
Alarm No. Contents
P/S4021 If the bevel angle is commanded in order to over
the parameter No.15624 during the bevel cutting
mode, P/S4021 alarm is occurred before the 5th
axis motion.
Also, if G71 R_ is commanded during the bevel
cutting mode, P/S4021 alarm is occurred.
Note) As the bevel angle becomes large, the compensation value becomes more big. Therefore, if
the bevel angle is so big, the servo alarm might occur. Please set the parameter No.15624 so that
the servo alarm does not occur.
7. Limitation
(1) The bevel cutting compensation is valid in case of the offset type nozzle. (Attitude control B
function must be specified.)
(2) The bevel cutting compensation is valid in case of the bevel cutting on X-Y plane.
(3) G71 P1 R_ is valid. The bevel cutting mode is started after the nozzle length compensation is
executed.
(4) G71 P0 R_ is valid. The bevel cutting mode is cancelled before the nozzle length
compensation.
(5) G71 R_ cannot be commanded during the bevel cutting mode.
8. Trace function with the attitude control B
It is necessary to manage the Z-axis trace with the attitude control B function. Therefore, new
trace function is prepared. The new trace function is active when the optional parameter of the
bevel cutting compensation is specified. Also, W-axis trace is active by new trace function.
8.1 New trace functional parameter
Please set not only the present trace function parameter but also new trace function parameter.
(1) No.2016#2_Z = 1 & _W = 1
This parameter enables new trace function in DIGIATL SERVO system
