(2) No.15548 = 100
This parameter is velocity coefficient in New trace function. If trace axis had overshoot,
this parameter is used for adjustment. Usually, please set to 100. (Unit : %)
(3) No.15547_Z & _W
Set the travel distance per rotation of Z-axis (or W-axis) motor. (Unit : 0.001mm)
This parameter is calculated as follows.
Le × CMR = Pt × Fg
Le : No.15547_Z or _W
CMR : Parameter No.1820 / 2
Pt : Amount of pulses per rotation of pulse coder
Fg : Feed gear (N/M)
ex.) CMR = 3 Pt = 1,000,000 Fg = 1/20
Le = 1,000,000 × 1/20 / 3 = 16,667
8.2 New trace functional signal
(1) TRACK<F223#4> Trace command acknowledge signal
1 : New trace function has been managed.
0 : New trace function has not been managed.
(2) TRCZ<G225#7> Z-axis trace select signal.
1 : Select Z-axis trace in case of new trace function.
0 : Select W-axis trace in case of new trace function.
Note) ZTRM<G225#0> is not used in case of new trace function.
(3) Following the present trace functional signals are also used in case of new trace function.
TCST<G225#3> Trace on / off signal
TRCL<F220#2> Trace control signal
TRCKM<G225#2> Trace check mode signal
TRERS<F220#0> Trace error signal
TRALM<F220#7> Trace alarm signal.
8.3 Limitation of new trace function
(1) When turn on or off TCST<G225#3> signal during the automatic operation, please use the M
code for the preventing buffering which is set by parameter No.3411 to 3420. And, this M code
must be commanded in a single block.
(2) When trace approach is completed (TRCL<F220#2>=1) at trace start by TCST, please turn off
TCST once and turn on TCST again, waiting for TRACK<F223#4>=0. This operation makes to
update internal coordinates to the trace approach distance. In case of G13, this operation is done
automatically. Please refer to 8.4 Sequence.
