(1) Automatic Aging
After setting of parameters, aging below is automatically executed.
- Number of aging is automatically set based on terminated time of oscillator at the last HV
OFF.
- If OFF time is less than Minimum OFF time(PRM15339), automatic aging is not executed
- Automatic aging is started after HV ON, and then power calibration is executed after the
end of aging. After that, in LSTR, processing is enable.
(2) Manual Aging
This method should be executed after vacuum system of oscillator is opened. (Mirror cleaning,
Exchanging of discharge tube , etc.)
(a) The machine that has HV ON switch and that has confirmation of LRDY state.
- Set number of aging into PRM15334 in LRDY.
- Aging is automatically executed in times set above.
(b) The machine that does not have HV ON switch and that does not have confirmation o
f
LRDY state.
- Set data calculated backward from the needed number of aging into PRM15335(Year),
15336(Month), 15337(Day) and 15338(Hour), and then restart oscillation. After that
aging is automatically executed.
Note) Without automatic aging, when aging is executed, changing gas pressure manually,
set the same value (standard gas pressure - 100) to gas pressure parameter
(PRM15242, 15243, 15324, 15325).
TITLE
Note) To set number of aging is effective in terminating after setting of PRM15008#6.
Therefore automatic aging is not executed just after setting of PRM15008#6.
In this case, execute manual aging.
