2.2.2.1 Stopping by feed axis and direction selection signal
The axis stops when the feed axis and direction selection signal +Jn(-Jn) is made "0" when
the reference point establishment operation is executed, and the reference point
establishment operation is discontinued. When the feed axis and direction selection signal
becomes "1" again, the reference point establishment operation is executed again.
Information of the reference marks detected in the last establishment operation is not used
at this time.
2.2.2.2 Stopping by reset or emergency stop
When reset or the emergency stop is applied in the reference point establishment operation,
the reference point establishment operation is stopped.
The reference point establishment operation is begun when feed axis and direction selection
signal +Jn(-Jn) is made "1" again, and the reference point is established by detecting 3 or 4
reference marks. Information of the reference marks detected in the last establishment
operation is not used at this time.
2.2.2.3 Detection of illegal reference mark interval
When the interval of the reference mark cannot be correctly detected by some causes, the
reference point establishment operation is repeated until the reference point is established
while the feed axis and direction selection signal is "1".
Even if the interval of the illegal reference marks is detected, the P/S090 alarm is not
generated.
