3.6 WATER CONNECTION
3.6.1 Chiller
Make the cooling water re-circulate in the closed loop using a chiller
unit.
The cooling requirements of the chiller are as below.
(1) Chiller capacity

Output the signal of "contact on" when everything
is normal with cooling water flow rate, temperature,
