Servo-Spindle synchronous signal
SYSS (G061#2)
[Classification]
[Classification][Classification]
[Classification] Input signal (Switching ‘α’ in the figure)
[Function]
[Function][Function]
[Function] The servo motor becomes a servo-spindle synchronous mode by by making input
signal SYSS '1'. At this time, signal SYSSM becomes '1'. A sub-spindle is
accelerated up to the rotating speed of a main-spindle when entering the servo-
spindle synchronous mode. Afterwards, a sub-spindle rotates synchronizing with
the feedback pulse of the position coder of a main-spindle.
When the signal SYSS is made '0', the servo-spindle synchronous mode is
released. A sub-spindle acc/decelerates to the specified speed when the rotation
command is done by the spindle control mode. When the releasing of servo-
spindle synchronization mode is completed, the signal SYSSM becomes '0'.
The rotation commnad of the spindle control mode becomes invalid in the servo-
spindle synchronous mode. When the signal SYSS is made '0', the commnand of
spindle control mode becomes effective again.
Note
As for the spindle control mode inside, the coordinates value is not updated.
Therefore, the relation between coordinates value and an actual machine position
is lost. In a word, the update of the coordinates value by the NC command in the
Servo-Spindle synchronous mode does not show the movement of an actual
machine.

[Classification]
[Classification][Classification]
[Classification] Output signal
[Function]
[Function][Function]
[Function] This signal notifies the acceleration of the servo motor in the servo-spindle
synchronous control mode has completed.
[Output condition]
[Output condition][Output condition]
[Output condition] When the de-and acceleration ends, this signal becomes '1' in servo-spindle
synchronous control mode.

[Function]
[Function][Function]
[Function] This signal makes the rotation icommand of the spindle control mode effective in
the servo-spindle synchronous mode.
