6 Notes
6.1 Servo alarm
When the servo alarm is generated, the spindle control mode and the servo-
spindle synchronous mode are released. At this time, signal SVSPM, SYSSM,
SVAR, and SYAR(F090) become '0'. After releasing the servo alarm, the spindle
control by servo motor and the servo-spindle synchronous control become
effective again.
6.2 Servo-off
When follow-up is effective (parameter 1819#0(FUP) =0), the spindle control the
servo-spindle synchronous control mode are released by servo-off. At this time,
signal SVSPM, SYSSM, SVAR, and SYAR(F090) become '0'.
Neither the servo main spindle control nor the servo main spindle synchronous
mode are released when follow-up is not effective(parameter 1819#0(FUP) =1).
The motion pulse is accumulated in the servo error.
6.3 Emergency stop
Spindle control mode and the servo-spindle synchronous mode are released at
the emergency stop. At this time, signal SVSPM, SYSSM, SVAR, and
SYAR(F090) become '0'. After releasing the emergency stop, the spindle control
by servo motor and the servo-spindle synchronous control become effective again.
6.4 Feed forward
The feed forward function can be used for the servo motor in spindle control by
servo motor and servo-spindle synchronous control mode. There is an effect to
prevent the delay by the servo error in the differential velocity synchronization
mode by making the feed forward function effective.
6.5 Multi path system
• Number of axis
The servo axis which can be used for this function is only one axis a path.
• Address of signal
When the servo motor in second path is used, the signal is an address where all
1000 was added.
Similarly, it is an address where 2000 was added for third path.
• Synchronization between path
It is possible to synchronize across between path. In this case, please input the
signal in the path that the servo axis belongs.
For instance, please input the signal of the second path (G1xxx) when the servo
axis in second path synchronizing with the spindle in first path.
• Synchronization of plural axes
Two or more servo axes can be synchronized with one spindle. At this time,
please input the signal in two or more systems that the servo axis belongs.
It is necessary to input the return pulse from the position coder to two or more
connectors of the pulse module.
