And during AI/AI nano high precision contour control and 5-axis machining
function with RISC processor, when the rapid traverse with acc./dec. after
interpolation (parameter FRP (No.19501#5)=0) is used, it is not possible to
use linear type positioning with a constant time. In this case, please use
acc./dec. before interpolation (parameter FRP = 1) instead.
5-axis machining function modes are as follows.
(a) Tool center point control for 5-axis machining
(b) Tool radius compensation for 5-axis machining
(c) Tool center point control
(d) Tool length compensation along tool direction
(e) 3 dimensional cutter compensation
(f) 3 dimensional circular interpolation
(g) Each function which is set by parameter No.19600, and is executed by
RISC
- Scaling function
- Programmable mirror image function
- Rotary table dynamic fixture offset function
- Coordinate rotation function
- Three dimensional coordinate conversion function
- Tool radius compensation C function
- Tilted working plane command function
(8) When this function is applied for simple synchronous control axes, set the
same setting to the parameter LRTx (No.1610#3) for both master axis and
slave axis.
(9) Even if the linear type positioning with a constant time is selected
(parameter LRP (No.1401#1) = 1, PRT (No.1603#4) = 1), this function is
invalid in the following cases.
- G28, G30, G53 with parameter ZRL (No.1015#4) = 0.
- Movement of approch at G60 (single direction positioning) command).
(10) When the manual rapid traverse (manual rapid traverse selection signal RT
(G019#7) = 1) is used, the time constants of parameter setting are used.
