over-torque signal is received in a small-hole peck rigid-tapping.

α:The override value before the change of the override value.
β:The override value after the change of the override value.

Caution
1. This parameter is available only on small-hole peck rigid-tapping, and
not available on the normal peck rigid tapping.
2. Every cycle, the change of override by this parameter is executed on
point R.
