NOTE
LIL :
Communication is not performed while this LED is
not lit. A probable reason for this is that the
MODBUS/TCP board is not properly connected to
the hub, or that the hub is off. This LED should be
lit at all times while the MODBUS/TCP board is
properly connected to the hub.
COL :
This LED lights frequently if there is excessive
traffic on the communication line or if there is
excessive peripheral electrical noise.
