Inputting and outputting offset data
All offset data can be input and output using the ALL IO screen in one operation.
The file is registrated for the path-1 as the name is TOOLOFST.DAT. And the name for the
path-2 is TOOLOFST.P-2, the name for the path-3 is TOOLOFST.P-3. The names can not be
changed.
