Tool life end signal TMFNFD<F315#6>
[Classification] Output signal
[Function] It is shown whether an effective tool that in the tool of kind number
instructed by T code, there is the remainder tool life remains.
[Output condition] The signal is set to "1" when:
• When an effective tool that there is the remainder life in the tool of
kind number instructed by T code does not remain in the instruction in
T code.
Note In this case, it is necessary to stop executing, and, in addition, urge the
tool exchange by generating an external alarm on the PMC side. If, as
for the life of the tool, when the tool selected without assuming the
alarm at this time is used as it is, the count up is done. The tool
(magazine/pot) which CNC selects at this time is a tool whose tool
management data number is the largest in tool kind instructed number.
The signal is set to "0" when:
• When an effective tool that there is the remainder tool life in the tool of
kind number instructed by T code remains in the instruction in T code.
note
- This signal becomes effective when setting parameter
NAM (No.13200#6) is one.
NOTICE
Every spindle position has each signal of F328/F329/G328/G329.
For example, G329#1(TLSKP2) is used for the tool skip of the 2
nd
spindle
position’s tool.
F329#1(TLSKF2) is corresponding to this signal.
The usual signals are used for the 1
st
spindle postion.
Output signal
The output signals for the 1
st
spindle position are as usual, and the additional
signals (****1) is prepared.
example)
When the tool life at the 1
st
spindle position becomes over, both signals,
TLCH<F064#0> and TLCH1<F328#2>, are output.
Input signal
The input signal for the 1
st
spindle position are as usual, and additional
signals (****1) is prepared.
example)
Whichever TLRST<G048#7> or TLRST1<G328#0> is set to “1”, the
signal is effective for the 1
st
spindle position. Then, both signals,
TLCH<F064#0> and TLCH1<F328#0>, are set to “0”.
