• Reference position return end signal (ZPx : F094)
During hypothetical axis command mode, this signal is valid for hypothetical axes
(X,Y) and the real axis out of hypothetical plane (Z).
During real axis command mode, this signal is valid for real axes (V,C,Z).
• Reference position establishment signal (ZRFx : F120)
This signal is valid for all axes.
This signal for the hypothetical axes are set to “1” when the reference position for
all of the real axes in the hypothetical plane are established.
This signal for the hypothetical axes are set to “0” when this signal for one of the
real axes in the hypothetical plane becomes “0” during the real axis command
mode.
• 2
nd
reference position return end signal (ZP2x : F096)
During hypothetical axis command mode, this signal is valid for hypothetical axes
(X,Y) and the real axis out of hypothetical plane (Z).
During real axis command mode, this signal is valid for real axes (V,C,Z).
• 3
rd
reference position return end signal (ZP3x : F098)
During hypothetical axis command mode, this signal is valid for hypothetical axes
(X,Y) and the real axis out of hypothetical plane (Z).
During real axis command mode, this signal is valid for real axes (V,C,Z).
• 4
th
reference position return end signal (ZP4x : F100)
During hypothetical axis command mode, this signal is valid for hypothetical axes
(X,Y) and the real axis out of hypothetical plane (Z).
During real axis command mode, this signal is valid for real axes (V,C,Z).
• Floating reference position return end signal (FRPx : F116)
During hypothetical axis command mode, this signal is valid for hypothetical axes
(X,Y) and the real axis out of hypothetical plane (Z).
During real axis command mode, this signal is valid for real axes (V,C,Z).
• Torque limit reach signals for butt-type reference position setting (CLRCHx : F180)
This signal is valid only for real axes (V,C,Z).
• Mirror image check signal (MMIx : F108)
During hypothetical axis command mode, this signal is valid for hypothetical axes
(X,Y) and the real axis out of hypothetical plane (Z).
During real axis command mode, this signal is valid for real axes (V,C,Z).
• Stroke limit reached signal (+OTx,-OTx : F124)
This signal is valid for all axes (X,Y,V,C,Z).
