Axis select means correspondence of actual axis and display axis. If first axis select
is 2, actual first axis corresponds to display 2 axis. First/second/third axis select is not 0,
the display coordinate is 3-dimension. One of them is 0, the display coordinate is 2-
dimension.

The position of screen center which corresponds to the actual coordinate is
specified. The data is 4byte for each axis.
