Replacement of a block
If the guidance screen is displayed when the block of cursor position on
program editing screen includes a tilted working plane command, the soft
key [REPLACE] is displayed on the data setting screen.
Operation for replacing a tilted working plane command block is described
below. For a warning output at the time of block replacement, see
"Restrictions".
1. Press the soft key [REPLACE].
The confirmation message "ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO
EXECUTE?" is displayed, and the soft key [YES] and [NO] are
displayed.
2. Press the soft key [YES].
A block is created from the modified command type and parameters
then replaces the tilted working plane command in the block of cursor
position on the program editing screen. After block replacement, the
guidance screen is terminated then the program editing screen is
displayed.
Pressing the soft key [NO] returns the screen display to the data
setting screen.
NOTE
1. If a block to be replaced includes a command other than
the tilted working plane commands, the command is
deleted upon block replacement. In this case, however,
only the sequence number is preserved.
2. If the guidance screen is displayed when the cursor is
placed in the middle of the commands of multiple blocks,
the block(s) before the cursor are not replaced but remain
undeleted after replacement.
