Restrictions
Following table shows the warnings that may be output at the time of
insertion/replacement of block.
If a warning is displayed, return to the program editing screen with the soft
key [CANCEL] then press the soft key [GUIDANCE] again or correct the
cause of the warning then retry.
Warning Description
"PROGRAM
WRITE
FAILED."
The guidance screen was displayed from the
foreground editing screen or MDI editing screen
then block insertion/replacement operation was
performed in the CNC reset state or emergency
stop state.
"PROGRAM
CANNOT BE
WRITTEN."
Block insertion / replacement operation was
performed after an editing target program was
updated by downloading a program with an
external application during display of the guidance
screen.
Block insertion / replacement operation was
performed after a search to the top of the main
program by a reset performed during display of the
guidance screen.
"WRITE
PROTECT"
Block insertion / replacement operation was
performed in the state where the editing or display
of the target program was prohibited.
Block insertion / replacement operation was
performed in the state where the memory protection
signal (KEY signal) for program registration /
editing was off.
Block insertion / replacement operation was
performed with the operation level of 8 level data
protection function lower than the protection level.
Display of the command type selection screen
By pressing the soft key [COMMAND TYPE], the command type selection
screen is displayed. When the command type is changed on the command
type selection screen, the values set on the data setting screen are cleared.
If block replacement is performed after changing the command type, the
