9.2 MACHINE COMPOSITION SETTINGS
9.2.1 Overview
You can make the machine composition settings of the CNC Simulator.
A machine composition is a collection of parameter and other various settings for the CNC
Simulator.
You can register multiple machine compositions and switch between them if needed.
For example, if you create different machine compositions for different users in advance, you
can start the CNC with the settings for a specific user simply by switching to the machine
composition for that user before starting the simulator.
This program allows you to specify the following parameters:
- System Type
- Paths
- Axes
- Spindles
Note that you make machine composition settings with an application separate from the
simulator.
The simulator need not be active.
9.2.2 Starting and Exiting
From the start menu, click [Programs]-[FANUC]-[Machine Setup], and the machine
composition setting program starts.
