1.2 WARNING
WARNING
- Be safely dressed when handling a motor.
Wear safety shoes or gloves when handling a motor as you may get
urt on any edge or protrusion on it or electric shocks. h
- Any person having a medical apparatus must keep at least 30 cm away from any
rotor.
A rotor contains very strong magnets. If a person has a medical
apparatus and does not keep a safe distance, the medical apparatus
may malfunction. Any person having a medical apparatus such as a
pacemaker or defibrillation equipment must not handle the motor if
ossible to prevent any accidents. p
- Do not unpack any rotor from the packing box until starting work.
A rotor contains very strong magnets. Do not unpack any rotor from

- Do not remove the tin plates and corrugated cardboard for protection unless it is
necessary.
Corrugated cardboard and tin plates are attached to a rotor (using
magnetic force) to protect the rotor and reduce magnetic leakage. Do

- When moving a rotor, place it flat with the mounting side facing up and slide it.
When moving a rotor on a table after unpacking it, always place it flat

highly dangerous. This is because your hand may be caught between
he rotor and table. t
- Use tapped holes for moving a motor only.
If another part is installed on the motor or the motor is installed on a
machine, in particular, never use the tapped holes. Tapped holes
hould be used only for lifting the motor and installing the motor. s
- When moving the motor, use a crane or another equipment.
A motor is a heavy object. Use a crane or another equipment as
equired (for the weight of the motor, see this manual). r
- Be careful of the magnetic attraction when installing the motor.
