These signal serve as both the rotation command and the trigger signal for pole
detection by inputting either SFR or SRV exclusive.

*ESP Emergency Stop

EPFSTR
The trigger signal to start the pole detection.

MPOF Motor power off signal
In case of driving with SSM (parameter SSMUSE=1), SPM will start up to SSM if
MPOF is entered.
Please refer to chapter 6 (Sub module for Synchronous Spindle Motor) about the
detail.
Don’t input this signal during the pole detection executes.
