"Output judgment conditions"
Tool rotation type or table rotation type machine
<1> When master axis (first rotation axis) moving angle of a pair is
smaller than those of other pairs, the pair of computed angles whose
master axis moving angle is smallest is the pair of output angles.
↓
↓ When the master axis moving angles of pairs are the same
↓
<2> When slaver axis (second rotation axis) moving angle of a pair is
smaller than those of other pairs, the pair of computed angles whose
slave axis moving angle is smallest is the pair of output angles.
↓
↓ When the slave axis moving angle of pairs are the same
↓
<3> When master axis (first rotation axis) angle of a pair is nearer to 0
degree (multiple of 360 degrees) than other pairs, the pair of
computed angles whose master axis angle is nearest to 0 is the pair
of output angles.
↓
↓ When the master axis angles of pairs are equally near to 0
↓ degree
<4> The pair of computed angles whose slave axis angle is nearest to 0
degree (multiple of 360 degrees) is the pair of output angles.
Mixed type machine
<1> When table (second rotation axis) moving angle of a pair is smaller
than those of other pairs, the pair of computed angles whose table
axis moving angle is smallest is the pair of output angles.
↓
↓ When the table moving angle of pairs are the same
↓
<2> When tool (first rotation axis) moving angle of a pair is smaller than
those of other pairs, the pair of computed angles whose tool axis
moving angle is smallest is the pair of output angles.
↓
↓ When the tool moving angle of pairs are the same
↓
<3> When table (second rotation axis) angle of a pair is nearer to 0
degree (multiple of 360 degrees) than those of other pairs, the pair of
computed angles whose table angle is nearest to 0 degree is the pair
of output angles.
↓
↓ When table angles of pairs are equally near to 0 degree
↓
<4> The pair of computed angles whose tool (first rotation axis) angle is
nearest to 0 degree(multiple of 360 degrees) is the pair of output
angles.
