
3. Program restart for Cs contour control axis
Generally, Cs contour control mode must be on and the reference point of
Cs contour control axis must be established before starting program
restart operation.
However, when Cs-axis coordinate establishment function is used and
parameter CCS (No.7300#5) is set to 1, Cs contour control mode need not
be on and the reference point of Cs contour control axis need not be
established before starting program restart operation.
In this case, if necessary, Cs contour control mode can be changed after
target block is found.
In case that Cs contour control mode turns on, establish the reference
point of Cs contour control axis by using Cs-axis coordinate
establishment function. Then, “DISTANCE TO GO” of Cs contour control
axis is calculated again.
In case that Cs contour control mode turns off, “DISTINATION” GO” of
Cs contour control axis are displayed as “********” and “DISTINATION”
of it becomes 0 in program restart screen.
4. Program restart for Three-dimensional conversion
In case that target block of program restart is in three-dimensional
conversion mode G68 (M series)/G68.1 (T series), axis movement to
restart position is executed under three-dimensional conversion cancel
mode G69 condition, even G68/G68.1 is displayed as model G-code.
And, “ABSOLUTE” in actual position screen and “DISTINATION” and
“DISTANCE TO GO” in program restart screen are displayed under
three-dimensional conversion cancel mode G69 condition.
When all axes move to restart positions and program restart is completed,
“ABSOLUTE” in actual position screen is displayed according to
parameter DAK (No.3106#6).
Caution
- Program restart into three-dimensional conversion mode is
not available, if target block is in the following mode:
- AI nano contour control mode
- High precision contour control mode
- AI nano high precision contour control mode
