ALD 1 : The motor is overheated.
0 : The servo amplifier is overheated.
When FBA of diagnostic indication No. 200 is 1:
ALD EXP Alarm details
1 0 The built–in pulse coder contains a broken wire (hard
error).
1 1 The separate pulse coder contains a broken wire (hard
error).
0 0 The pulse coder contains a broken wire (soft error).

about the alarm can be obtained. Diagnostic indications No.202 and No.
203 provide detailed information about a serial pulse coder–related alarm,
as shown below.

CSA: The serial pulse coder is abnormal. Replace the pulse coder.
BLA: The battery voltage is too low. Replace the battery.
PHA: The serial pulse coder or feedback cable is abnormal. Replace the cable or
pulse coder.
RCA: The serial pulse coder is abnormal. Replace the pulse coder.
BZA: The power to the pulse coder is turned on for the first time. Ensure that the
battery is connected, and then turn the power off and back on to return to
the reference position.
CKA: The serial pulse coder is abnormal. Replace the pulse coder.
SPH: The serial pulse coder or feedback cable is abnormal. Replace the cable or
pulse coder.
