STB: A communication failure has occurred in the serial pulse coder, due to an
abnormality in the pulse coder, feedback cable, or feedback receiving
circuit. Replace the pulse coder, feedback cable, or servo card.
PRM: An invalid–parameter alarm has been issued. An invalid–servo–
parameter alarm (No. 417) is also indicated.

OFS: The A/D converter for digital servo current values is abnormal.
MCC: The magnetic contactor for the servo amplifier has a welded contact.
LDA: The LED for the serial pulse coder is abnormal.
PMS: An abnormality causes incorrect feedback.
300 The positional deviation of each axis is displayed each time the deviation is detected.
The status of the FSSBC, a line for communications with the servo
amplifier, can be determined.

The internal status of the FSSBC is indicated. The FSSB is:
CLS: Closed.
OPP: Running an open protocol.
RDY: Open–ready.
OPN: Open.
ERP: Running an error protocol.
CFE: Under a configuration error condition.
(The slave type set in the conversion table differs from the type of the
slave actually connected.)
