The Digital Servo Adapter memorized the following data.
Save a backup copy of the latest data to the flash memory card or an I/O
unit beforehand, while the controller is running normally.
(1)Paramter
Be sure that data input/output cannot be done in an alarm status.
The parameters necessary for data input/output are as follows:

If the I/O CHANNEL is 1, the relevant parameters are Nos. 111, 112, and
113.
